Refund policy
SIZE EXCHANGE ONLY
We offer size exchange within 30 days of placing your order. Amara does not offer refunds or credits for change of mind, dissatisfaction, or any other reason.
Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
For size exchange, you can contact us at amara.swimhk@gmail.com with the proof of purchase and the size you require.
If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting will not be accepted.
EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
The exchange is subject to stock availability. If your requested size is not available, we will notify you, and the item may be returned to you, or we may offer you a credit for a future purchase (at our discretion).
SHIPPING COSTS FOR EXCHANGE
Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the item to us. We will cover the shipping cost to send the new item back to you (for HONG KONG orders only).
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
