PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 7 business days of receiving the order confirmation. Please note: Orders are NOT shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

SHIPPING METHOD

Once your order has been processed, we ship all orders via SF Express.

 

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

SHIPPING ADDRESS

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

AMARA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier (SF Express) to file a claim. However, please save all packaging and contact us immediately so we can assist you in the claims process.
